About Ross

I am a New Hampshire Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with families, adolescents, couples and adults.

I am passionate about helping people connect with themselves and others and I believe that everyone deserves to live a full life. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.

Prior to private practice, I worked as an intensive in-home therapist specializing in working with families, teens, and couples across the lifespan. My practice primary focused on relational and behavioral challenges, as well as treating trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, adoption, and life transition.

With years of experience, I've honed my skills in a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to provide an integrated, evidence-based approach. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to uncover patterns that leave you feeling stuck.

I believe reaching out to ask for help is one of the more vulnerable things a person can do. That is why I believe the most courageous people are the ones who sit across from me in therapy. I can’t do the work for you, however, I will support you every step of the way.

I recognize that therapy is an investment of resources (time and money), and I believe in holding myself accountable to help clients feel more confident getting back to their lives.
